I'm studying Business Information Systems, where I learn how people, processes and technology come together inside an organisation. What draws me most is the human side — Human Resources, team dynamics, and helping people do their best work.
Along the way I've taken on leadership roles and volunteered in community projects. Those experiences taught me how to organise people around a shared goal, communicate clearly under pressure, and keep a team motivated when things get busy.
